Haley joined the SC&A team in June 2022 as our Individual Client Services Representative. She brings a unique blend of creativity, professionalism, and client-focused experience to her work in administrative and support roles, along with a growing foundation in financial services.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theater from Lewis University, where she was honored with theTheater of Excellence Award for her leadership and contributions to the arts. Haley is also a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), reflecting her commitment to growth, leadership, and excellence.
In addition to her background in the arts and customer service, Haley has completed LOMA 281: Meeting Customer Needs with Insurance and Annuities, further enhancing her understanding of financial products, client needs, and the importance of trust and clarity in client relationships.
Her years of experience in customer-facing roles have refined her ability to communicate clearly, handle confidential information with care, and create smooth, supportive experiences for both clients and colleagues. Her theater training adds a unique edge—bringing strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and poise to every task.
As an assistant to a financial advisor, Haley is well-equipped to manage scheduling, client communications, and operational support with professionalism and precision.
Outside of work, Haley remains active in the arts community and continues to collaborate with her alma mater and local high schools, staying connected to her creative roots. When not working with the arts, she enjoys spending time with friends, reading, and relaxing with her black cat, Bellatrix.
