Jerry Catalano, CPA*

Jerry Catalano is a founding partner of the certified public accounting firm, Catalano, Caboor & Co. located in Lombard, Illinois.

Jerry has always felt that the financial services industry and the work of a CPA go hand in hand. He in fact felt so strongly, that he became licensed and registered in the Financial Services industry and began working with Joe Macaione over 20 years ago. In 2016, that working relationship was formalized in what is now known as Stoumbelis, Macaione, Catalano & Associates (SMC&A). In 2019, Senior Partner Joe Macaione opted to consult for the group as he entered semi retirement. At that time, SMC&A became SC&A.

SC&A works as a team to better address the current and future needs of their mutual clients. Jerry's experience in working with small to mid sized businesses, in industries such as entertainment, construction, automotive, medical / healthcare, printing, manufacturing, advertising and research & development, represents a tremendous resource to SC&A and their clients.

Jerry is a graduate of Roosevelt University with BS in Accounting/ Business Administration, and received his Certified Public Accountant Certificate from The University of Illinois.

Jerry is also known as The Music CPA and is a composer, singer and guitarist in his own band called “The Fource”.

Jerry and his wife Mary have a son Jim, two daughters Maria and Gina and eight grandchildren.
